Free event operations tool
Build the run of show your team can actually run.
Turn a start time and a sequence of moments into a cascading schedule with durations, accountable owners, cues, and fallbacks. Reorder one row and every time below it updates.
Schedule inputs
Build the handoff row by row.
Your schedule stays in this browser. This tool does not submit, store, sync, or include event details in its public share link.
Cascading schedule
Celebration run of show
Operate the real event
A clock time is not a handoff until someone owns it.
Confirm venue access, vendor contracts, staffing, guest movement, accessibility, food safety, transport, weather, emergency responsibilities, and every technical cue with the people responsible. The generator organizes the handoff; it cannot verify live conditions.
Run-of-show questions
Build the sequence, then pressure-test it.
What belongs in an event run of show?+
Record each timed moment, its duration, one accountable owner, the cue or dependency that starts it, and the fallback that protects it when timing or conditions change.
Is a run of show the same as an event agenda?+
No. An agenda tells attendees what they will experience. A run of show also captures backstage timing, owners, handoffs, cues, setup, transitions, and contingencies.
Does this tool upload or share my schedule?+
No. The schedule remains in the browser while you use the page. Copy and CSV are device actions, and the share button sends only the canonical public tool URL.
