Privacy policy

Measure the product.
Never the event.

Event Planner AI Pro separates private planning content from the small, bounded counters used to improve completion, reliability, retention, and respectful monetization.

Data boundaries

What leaves the device—and what does not.

Your event stays yours

Event briefs, guest information, calendars, imported documents, budgets, prompts, generated plans, decisions, vendors, and saved event content are not sent to the product analytics service.

Aggregate product analytics

Production versions may send bounded event counters such as app launch, first completed plan, later retained value, AI fallback, export, ad opportunity, and ad impression. The service stores daily totals by app release and coarse product surface—not device, session, person, event, prompt, or calendar identifiers.

Advertising and consent

Ad-supported versions use Google Mobile Ads only after the required consent flow permits requests. Ads are non-personalized by default, first-party advertising identifiers are disabled, and ads are limited to completed-value boundaries. Google and Apple apply their own published privacy terms to their services.

Purchases and support

Apple processes App Store purchases. Support needs only technical context such as app version, device model, iOS version, screen, action, and approximate time. Do not email event content or personal information.

Control and retention

No account. No behavioral profile.

The first-party analytics endpoint accepts only an allowlisted schema and stores daily aggregate counters. It rejects browser-origin submissions and discards every field outside the bounded product event, surface, release, and ad-format dimensions.
